Event at Broward College honors officers killed in the line of duty

Broward College, a community college located in South Florida, is holding its annual Broward County Law Enforcement Memorial Ceremony on Friday evening, according to the South Florida Sun-Sentinel. The event, which honors those officers which have been killed in the line of duty, takes place outside Broward College’s Institute of Public Safety, which itself is located on the college’s A. Hugh Adams Central Campus in Davie, Florida.
According to the Sun-Sentinel, the one-hour event at Broward College features a candlelight vigil, and “a roll call of all the Broward law enforcement officers killed in the line of duty.”
