Sensex touch 17800 & Nifty 5300: BPCL, ONGC, RCom, RIL up

Indian Sensex Market Up Sensex touch 17800 & Nifty 5300: BPCL, ONGC, RCom, RIL upIndian share market fly on today Monday and prick hikes in the oil and gas sector. Positive cues from global peers also boosted sentiments.
National Stock Exchange’s (NSE) Nifty ended at 5333.95 which is up with points 64.90 or 1.23 per cent. The broader index hit intra-day high of 5339.45 and low of 5270.75.
Bombay Stock Exchange’s (BSE) Sensex also up and closed at 17774.26 which is grow up 199.73 points or 1.14 per cent. Sensex touched high at 17794.80 and low at 17571.85 on today’s market.
BSE Midcap Index was up 1.14 per cent and BSE Smallcap Index moved 1.10 per cent higher.
Amongst the sectoral indices, BSE Oil&gas Index gained 2.29 per cent, BSE Realty Index advanced 2.15 per cent and BSE Power Index moved up 2.15 per cent.
Reliance Communications (4.86%), Reliance Infrastructure (4.07%), Idea Cellular (3.80%), BPCL (3.51%), ONGC (3.28%) and Reliance Industries (2.56%) were amongst the top Nifty gainers.
Pemex and Reliance Industries may soon forge a partnership to develop a large-capacity greenfield refinery in Mexico. The 300,000-barrels-a-day refinery will largely meet the domestic energy requirements of Mexico.
GAIL (-2.36%), ITC (-1.38%), ABB (-1.19%), Jindal Steel (-0.63%) and Sun Pharma (-0.29%) were the major index losers.
Market breadth was positive on the NSE with 1834 gainers and 1269 declines.
