UPTU Counselling 2010 Published’ The UPTU Counselling 2010 is actually divided in two phases, firstly a On Campus Counselling (10th July 2010 to 13th July 2010) and secondly the UPTU has also enabled the Off Campus Online Counselling (from 13 July 2010) for betterment of the students.
