Google Google buys Metaweb to improve search results on webThere are still some questions and web searches that can’t handles and answered by Google. When we search query like a famous person’s birthday or other type of search then Googleprovides lot of different links.
Like we take a example that when wesearch keyword “Boston” then Google provides all top links for the city in Massachusetts but actually Boston is also name of the Band and other 26 cities across the world.
So Google has been buy Metaweb website to improve tricky keywords search on the web. Google will maintain the Metaweb site freebase, database.
Metaweb helps web sites link information based on connections between people, places and things, instead of words. Web sites can tap into and use Metaweb’s technology.
Metaweb gets information or database from all over the world which is called freebase. Metaweb volunteers already have been entered 12 million things on this site including movies, books and companies information.
