Krishna, Qureshi may meet again in Kabul

krishna qureshi talk 313 300x224 Krishna, Qureshi may meet again in KabulAfter recent talks failed between India and Pakistan with no output out of it, External Affairs Minister S M Krishna may meet his Pakistani counterpart in Kabul next week. Both the ministers may meet in the donor’s conference to be held in Kabul on July 20, 2010.
In this donor’s conference is Afghan Government Official can urge to start spending billions of dollars for the development funds.
Krishna-Qureshi talks about various issues in Islamabad this week have failed and there was no outcome of these talks. On the other hand Pakistani Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi said in a press conference that Krishna was getting instructions from New Delhi on phone while their meeting was going on. This statement by Qureshi is really a set back in the path of Indo-Pak peace talks.
After these talks today Pakistani Prime Minster Yousuf Raza Gilani in a press conference said that, Pakistan wants continuation of peace dialogues with India and Prime Minster Dr. Manmohan Singh has assused him about the talks regarding every issue will be discussed. Pakistani Minister Qureshi said, “We are very serious to normalize our realtions with India.”
