Students, here comes an end to the wait for the Periyar University result.

The University has declared the result for the under graduate exam conducted in April-May 2010.

Periyar University is on Bangalore highway at a distance of 10 km Salem city. The university’s campus is spread on an area of 100 acres which also includes administrative department buildings.

The university was established in the year 1997, under the Act 45 of Tamil NaduGovernment. It is named after a social reformer who was famously called “Thantai Periyar”. With this, the university started out with three departments viz commerce, geology and mathematics.
