Bharat ElectronicsLimited is an electronicscompany, owned by Government of India. It primarily manufactures advanced electronic products for the Indian Armed Forces. Bel has about nine factories and few regional offices in India.

There are all totals 158 posts vacant. 80 posts for ElectronicsEngineer, 30 posts for Mechanical Engineer, 38 posts for Computer Science professionals, 4 posts for Civil Engineer and 1 for Chemical Engineer are vacant.
For Probationary Officer (HR), there are 5 vacant posts. Management candidates for this post required to hold a MSW or MBA full time two years degree with specialization in HRM or Personnel Management and Industrial Relations.
Note: Candidates should have earned the degrees from AICTE approved colleges.
